Our Story
1958
Lockhart Realty Founded by Richard Bohner & Trude Neese.
1987
Son of Bohner/Neese, Stephen E. Bohner, purchased company as second generation.
1991
Following Bohner's purchase, the company's name changed to Premier Realty Group and initial expansion took place.
1999
Second Expansion complete as company grows under Bohner's leadership.
2009
Jessica D. Bohner, third generation, joins firm under Stephen's continued leadership.
2013
Most recent expansion completed making Premier's headquarters over 8500 sq. ft in total.
2019
Jessica D. Bohner named President / Broker to continue the family legacy.
2025
Premier Realty Group joins forces with ONE Sotheby's International Realty.
