Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, Jessica Bohner has deep roots in the Treasure Coast community she proudly serves today. Growing up surrounded by the waterways, beaches, and vibrant coastal lifestyle that define the region, she developed a lifelong appreciation for the area and the people who call it home.

After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Florida, Jessica moved to New York City, where she worked in the International Sales Division at AllianceBernstein. There, she gained valuable experience in client relations, business development, and the importance of building long-term relationships.

In 2009, Jessica returned to Stuart to continue her family’s real estate legacy. She represents the third generation of leadership in a company founded in 1958 by her grandmother, Trude Kennedy Neese, and later led by her father, Stephen E. Bohner. Having worked in virtually every area of the business—from support staff and sales to management and leadership—Jessica developed a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build a successful real estate organization.

In 2014, she joined the leadership team as Sales Manager and later became Broker/Owner of Premier Realty Group. In 2025, Premier Realty Group merged with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, establishing the Premier Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. This partnership united Premier’s longstanding local expertise and deep community roots with the global reach, marketing power, and resources of one of the world’s most respected luxury real estate brands. Today, Jessica serves as Managing Broker of the Premier Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, where she is dedicated to supporting the success of the firm’s Global Real Estate Advisors and helping drive the continued growth of the organization throughout the Treasure Coast.

Jessica believes real estate professionals have a responsibility to serve beyond the transaction. In 2019, she helped establish the Premier Charitable Fund in partnership with The Community Foundation of Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Through this initiative, a portion of every transaction is contributed by the advisor in the client’s honor and matched by the company, creating a lasting impact throughout the communities the firm serves. Preserving the Fund remained a priority throughout the transition to Premier Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and continues to be a defining part of the Premier Difference today.

A family business at heart, relationships remain the foundation of everything Jessica does. Whether she is coaching advisors one-on-one, helping them navigate complex negotiations, supporting business growth, or encouraging community involvement, her focus remains the same: empowering Premier Group’s Global Real Estate Advisors to achieve their goals and provide exceptional service to their clients.

Today, Jessica dedicates her time to fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring both the firm’s advisors and clients continue to thrive for generations to come.
